About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Real Estate Advertising & Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate the marketing of our property listings and brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for property, design, and digital marketing.
You'll work closely with agents, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns from listing to sale
Prepare and book advertising across online portals, print and social media
Coordinate photography, videography, copywriting, floorplans, and signage
Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and budgets
Update and maintain CRM and marketing platforms
Monitor campaign performance, compliance and recommend improvements
Support broader business branding and promotional initiatives
About You
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate marketing and advertising
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Confident using digital marketing tools and property portals
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Creative eye for presentation and branding
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
A proactive, team-focused approach
Desirable
Experience with real estate CRMs and portals
Graphic design or social media management skills
Understanding of real estate advertising compliance
