Get ready to work where the thrills never stop Dreamworld is on the hunt for a passionate Guest Services superstars to join our team for the upcoming peak holiday periods. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps create unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive.
With our Parks busiest period almost upon us, it's essential that you are available to be rostered from 26 December to end January to support our peak period. These roles will start before Christmas, so availability for start in December is critical.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Engage with guests upon arrival in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
* Facilitate guest entry at the front gate to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World
* Process a variety of ticket types and products
* Ensure fast and efficient entry into our parks
* Enhance the guest experience through exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication, customer service, and guest engagement skills
* Confident working under pressure during busy periods and handling difficult conversations professionally
* Strong computer and data entry skills, with experience in cash handling and EFTPOS
* A team player with initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* High standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling and physically demanding tasks
* Flexible availability, including weekends, school holidays, and night events like Dreamworld Night Markets and After Dark
These roles are offered on a seasonal casual basis until the end of April 2026, with the opportunity to apply for ongoing vacancies at the end of the contract.
