Team Leadership Role
The role involves overseeing a team at the hotel, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* The leader will develop and lead the concierge team to deliver outstanding guest service.
* Lead by example and create a structured onboarding process for new team members.
* The leader will resolve guest queries, requests, and needs promptly and efficiently.
* Provide operational support and supervision on shift, handling guest queries and complaints effectively.
* Stay up-to-date with local cultural events and surroundings.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate has previous hotel experience as a Porter/Concierge or Team Leader.
* A current open drivers' license is required (manual license highly regarded).
* Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues are essential.
* A high level of grooming and personal presentation is necessary.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays, is also required.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia are necessary.
