Bridgeport Hotel in Murray Bridge is looking for a Full time Head Chef
The difference between good and great often lies in having the right attitude. We're looking for an excellent Head Chef who is ready to take personal responsibility for the success of both their crew and their kitchen.
You will work with a dedicated kitchen and management team that are passionate about great service and fantastic food.

* Must be available over a 7 day roster and split shifts.
* Lead and inspire a dynamic and professional kitchen team.
* Work with other departments to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
* Ensure effective and efficient running of the kitchen.
* Maintain quality of product and services in line with our high expectations.
* Maximise productivity whilst maintaining food costs.
* Roster within defined budget wage targets.
* Implement service standards to exceed our guests' expectations.
* Develop and train our future kitchen stars.
* Be able to work autonomously.
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
* Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie required
* Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management with a hands on management style.
* Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills
* Credentials in health and safety training
* Must have all relevant trade certificates
