- Taking enquiries over the phone and face to face.
- Ensuring calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Quoting holidays and converting into bookings.
- Specialising in luxury travel experiences.
- Promote and sell additional ancillary sales on all bookings and offering upgrades.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in
- depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
**What You Need**
- Strong passion for customer service
- GDS Experience (Amadeus preferred)
- Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
- Highly motivated, ambitious and an efficient organiser
- You have high attention to detail and love problem solving
