About The Role
This role is for someone who can already lead a team of nurses and hospital assistants or who has the ambition to learn while doing so. We are looking for someone who is ready for the next stage of their career, patient and family focused, and interested in personal and professional development. Your Main Duties Will Include
Leading a team to provide general and rehabilitation nursing care
Developing nursing skills within yourself and your team
Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care within this environment
About You
Valid APHRA registration
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Ability to work a flexible rotating roster
Computer literacy skills
Willingness to undertake further education
Willingness to develop and hold a clinical portfolio
