Your expertise will contribute to the overall process and quality of our projects. You will work with precision and technical expertise to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and safety regulations.Install, test, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems, while adhering to project plans and blueprints.Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues, and other on-site personnel. Follow all established electrical codes, regulations, and guidelines to prevent accidents and hazards.Run conduit, wire, and cables to connect electrical systems and ensure the proper distribution of power. Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.Install cables, cable ladders, brackets, underground conduit systems, and switchgear and distribution systems.Thorough understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and subsidiary standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identify the root causes of issues, and undertake effective repair & maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.Conduct thorough testing of electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment. Perform inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and construction management team, to achieve project goals and timelines.Interpret engineering and detailed drawings, specifications, and standards to complete tasks accurately.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
