The ideal candidate will have experience in cake decorating and be able to work independently as part of a dynamic team.
This role involves working in a fast-paced bakery environment, rotating roster including weekend work, and flexible hours between 5am and 11pm.
Responsibilities
* Check cake order stands for special orders and pull stock from freezers or coolers to fill merchandising areas.
* De-pan, garnish, and package baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies, and fruit tarts.
* Process all cakes following assembly instructions in the Cake Decorating Manual.
* Assist with other bakery duties as needed and provide prompt and courteous member service.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to SSOP guidelines and safety procedures.
* Complete and comply with quality assurance, food safety certification, and all safety training required by the warehouse and department.
Qualifications
* High School Certificate or Higher
* Food safety certification preferred
* Cake decorating experience or comparable experience
