Programmed Central West is currently seeking experienced and reliable candidates for current and upcoming opportunities across various industries in the Dubbo and Mid-Western region.
We are accepting expressions of interest for the following roles:
* Hydraulic Fitters / Field Service Technicians - Experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems is essential. (Ideal for Light to Heavy Vehicle Mechanics seeking to transition into a field service role where transferable skills are valued.)
* Electricians - Licensed electricians with experience in industrial, commercial, or maintenance environments.
* Machine Operators - Mobile Plant - Skilled operators of Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, and similar equipment across civil, quarry, or construction sectors.
* Agitator Drivers - HR or MR licence required. Previous agitator or tipper driving experience preferred.
* Truck Drivers - HR, MR or HC licence required. Experience in heavy vehicle operation is preferred.
* Forklift Operators - Current Forklift licence required. Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred.
* Road Works Labourer (Rylstone, NSW) - Valid White Card required. Expected start Early to Mid September.

* Relevant experience in your trade or field
* Current and valid licenses/tickets (e.g. HR/MR/HC Licence, Forklift, White Card)
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Flexibility to work across diverse environments and conditions
* Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and drug testing
