What You'll Be Doing
You'll be managing a clean, well‐supported portfolio of 120 local properties. The structure is designed so you can focus on quality property management, client care, and relationship building, without being overloaded by excessive admin or leasing responsibilities.
Your Day-to-Day
* End‐to‐end management of a tidy portfolio
* Routine inspections, lease renewals, arrears & maintenance coordination
* High‐quality communication with owners and tenants
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams
* Supporting new business through referrals (bonus incentives available)
* Ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years of Property Management experience
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, organised and solutions‐focused approach
* Someone who enjoys a collaborative, supportive team culture
* Experience with Ailo (or willingness to learn)
