CASUAL POSITION - A FEW DAYS A WEEK WITH FLEXIBILITY Location: TENNYSON QLD Position: TEST BAKER Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily QC testing and evaluate product conformity Record and assess test results efficiently, isolating non-conforming products Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment Participate in site food safety training Multi-skill across baking/test tasks as required Skills & Experience: Experience in bakery/pastry or 6-12 months in food manufacturing or in-store bakery Basic food science knowledge advantageous Good time management and ability to multi-task Intermediate computer skills (Excel & Word) About You Previous experience as a baker or test baker Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow standardized testing procedures Comfortable working in a manufacturing or laboratory-style bakery environment Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently What's On Offer Casual ongoing role Flexible working days Labourpower Recruitment Services | www.labourpower.com
