About Vision Homes
Vision Homes is a boutique real estate media agency creating cinematic, story-driven content for some of the best agents and developers in the industry.
We started as a small founder-led team and grew quickly, operating at the top end of the market since 2021. We've intentionally remained lean while delivering at a high level, and we're now at a point where expanding the team makes sense.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders and play a meaningful part in the next phase of the company's growth.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Video Editor to join us and take ownership of a large portion of our editing workload.
This is a hands-on, editing-focused role where quality, consistency, and pace matter.
You'll be:
* Editing cinematic real estate and lifestyle property content
* Working closely with the founders to deliver projects to a high standard
* Managing your own editing workflow and deadlines
* Implementing feedback efficiently to refine and elevate each project
While much of the work requires independent focus, collaboration and creative discussion are a regular part of the process.

What We're Looking For
This role is suited to someone who:
* Has proven experience as a video editor
* Has worked with real estate or property content (preferred)
* Can handle agency pace and tight turnarounds
* Has strong taste, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
* Is confident working independently while contributing creatively to a small team
This is not a junior or entry-level position.

Software & Experience
* Strong experience with professional editing software is essential
* DaVinci Resolve experience is preferred
* Real estate, lifestyle, or cinematic editing experience is highly regarded
* A solid portfolio demonstrating consistency and quality is required

The Trial Process (Transparency Upfront)

* A short remote editing task
* A brief in-office trial for selected candidates
