Join Network Aviation as the Program and Change Manager in a fixed-term position to lead the successful Entry-Into-Service (E190 EIS) and phased retirement of the F100 fleet. Reporting to the Head of E190 EIS Program, this role provides strategic leadership and governance across both programs, managing a dedicated team to deliver key outcomes. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across AOC (NAA), Sales, Network, Operations, Customer, Technology, and other business areas to ensure seamless integration and transition.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project and program management deliverables for the E190 EIS and F100 programs.
- Develop and execute change management strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage issues as they arise.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across both programs and drive business-wide benefits through planning, organisational change, and performance alignment.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated capability in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects effectively from initiation to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving results through effective leadership
- Ability to work well under pressure and with ambiguity, high level of resilience
