**About the role**

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced and proactive full time **Office Manager** to join our team. You will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Managing Director and other members of the team, ensuring the smooth running of our office and contributing to the success and growth of our business. Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Contributing to the smooth running of the office and setting standards
- Ordering supplies and equipment as needed
- liaising with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Coordinate HR matters such as recruiting, promotions, payroll and training
- Handle confidential information and documents with the utmost discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
- Managing records and managing the company accounts in MYOB

**About You**

Along with your strong work ethic you'll have/be:

- Significant experience (5+ years) as an Office Manager ideally in a professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Superb organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and understand the need for complete confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- A proactive and adaptable approach to tackling new challenges

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
