Developing School Readiness Programs for Young Children
* Deliver school readiness sessions at kindergartens across the region.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to support young children's learning and wellbeing.
As a Psychologist (Grade 3) in our School Readiness program, you will work with kindergarten educators and families to build their capacity to support young children's learning in communication, wellbeing, and access. You will use evidence-based practices from psychology to enhance professional and parenting practices, promoting improved speech, language and early literacy outcomes; self-regulation and positive pro-social behaviours; social and emotional wellbeing.
About the Role
You will create an environment for kindergarten-aged children that promotes positive relationships between teachers, parents, and community members. Using your expertise in child development, you will develop programs to improve children's ability to communicate effectively, manage their emotions, and engage positively with others.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers capacity building school readiness sessions at kindergartens across the region.
