Residential Park Caretaker Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Residential Park Caretaker. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our residential park, ensuring that it remains a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for residents.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Attend to matters outside of office hours, including responding to noise complaints and providing assistance with linen supply and light bulb/heater/kettle replacements.
* Support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas.
* Maintain accurate records of housekeeping and maintenance activities.
* Conduct regular walk-arounds to ensure the park remains safe and secure.
* Provide after-hours support, including managing the night phone and assisting with late check-ins.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
