Vice President of Sales & Marketing Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in North America and globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market penetration goals in the USA, Canada, and internationally.
2. Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams, including Directors of Sales in the USA and Canada.
3. Set sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
4. Manage customer contracts, payment terms, receivables, and project management.
5. Collaborate with marketing, product development, HR, and customer service to align initiatives.
6. Maintain relationships with key accounts and partners to grow sales and market share.
7. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for opportunities.
8. Manage sales budgets, forecasting, expenses, and resources for profitability.
9. Report regularly on sales performance and market insights to the executive team.
10. Stay updated on industry developments to improve sales processes and techniques.
11. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:
\
1. Minimum 20 years of sales experience.
2. At least 10 years in sales leadership and/or senior management roles.
3. Experience in new dealer acquisition and network expansion.
4. Strong background in sales management and growth.
5. Ability to grow teams and implement succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
6. Experience investigating markets, analyzing opportunities, and establishing market expansion strategies.
7. Dealer distribution network development and acquisition experience (a plus).
