Due to popular demand, and we're on the lookout for our next Occupational Therapist who want flexibility, autonomy, and a whole lot of heart.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Supporting a mix of NDIS clients (Only matching you to your preferred demographics and diagnoses).
* Delivering neuro-affirming, capacity-building therapy at a pace that works for you.
* Writing high-quality reports that make a difference in funding decisions.
* Collaborating with psychologists, dietitians, behavioural practitioners and speechies in our team.
* Attending optional collab sessions for professional development and community.
* Spending zero hours fighting with scheduling and onboarding clients - our admin team handles that for you.

Who We're Looking For
* Someone who believes in neuro-affirming practice, collaborative care, and autonomy.
* At least 1 year of OT experience (preferred).
* AHPRA registration, WWCC, driver's licence, and Australian work rights.
* The kind of person who wants support without being micromanaged.
