About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Communications to join our Clients & Markets team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality content and communications that support business growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* External communications: Support content marketing strategies across service lines and sectors. Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content and campaigns.
* Internal communications: Drive staff engagement by creating and distributing internal communications related to a designated portfolio that promotes cross-functional understanding and celebrates success.
* Marketing reporting: Track performance and provide insights to enhance engagement and lead generation.
* Client experience & BD support: Partner with BD and client experience teams to develop content supporting the client journey and business development goals.
* Project coordination: Assist in planning and executing communication projects and programs that strengthen client relationships and firm visibility.
* Events & sponsorships: Leverage content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact.
* Media relations: Support media engagement efforts and identify opportunities to repurpose media content for broader marketing use.
What We're Looking For
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Experience with content marketing campaigns.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
* Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
