Job Specification
As Professional Services Manager, you will work across several pharmacies, leading the development and delivery of key health services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, and medication management. Your focus will be on enhancing patient care, driving clinical initiatives, and improving internal processes to support service growth. You'll collaborate closely with on-site teams, including dispensary technicians and support staff, and contribute to a culture of professional excellence. Flexible full-time hours are available.
Stores operate seven days a week with extended trading hours, though your schedule will remain flexible.
Skills Required
* General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia
* Minimum 2-3 years of community pharmacy experience
* Demonstrated strength in communication and patient engagement
* Proven ability to lead or contribute to professional services
* Vaccination accreditation and familiarity with ORT programs desirable
