Regional Director Asia Pacific
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a pivotal role in leading and directing Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAFI) operations as the Regional Director for the Asia Pacific region.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with a passion for serving others and spreading the Gospel through aviation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for implementing strategic priorities and ensuring operational excellence, while always fostering a culture of collaboration and service delivery aligned with MAFI's mission and values.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and implement effective long-term strategies and short-term objectives in alignment with MAF's overall mission and priorities.
* Lead and mentor the Asia Pacific Country Directors to facilitate effective programme performance, supporting them to grow and develop their teams, as well as their own overall leadership growth within their roles.
* Oversee the training and development of staff and ensure staff are cared for on a personal, spiritual, and corporate level.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, both internal and external, including HR policies, financial management, risk mitigation, and other regulatory policies.
* Engage actively in the Operations Leadership Team, addressing operational challenges and contributing to strategic planning for MAFI across all regions.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and leadership ability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives, as well as mentoring and developing country directors and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive leadership and general management experience at a senior level, and a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region and its cultural dynamics.
