Strategic Account Manager – Fire Protection
Are you an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional with experience in the fire protection and/or construction industry? This is not your typical sales role. Its focus is on building relationships that grow into trusted partnerships with consultant engineers, fire contractors, and distributors. You will shape project specifications and ensure fire protection products are considered at the earliest stages of tenders. Your work will directly impact business outcomes while allowing you to develop deep, long-term relationships across the NSW and ACT market.
For the right person, there is a clear pathway to progress toward National Sales Manager within 12 - 18 months. This is a role for high performing professionals who are driven to influence decisions, grow their territory, and build their career.
You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a team bonus structure. You will have autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by leadership that invests in your development. Relationship building is actively encouraged and resourced, whether it is client lunches, dinners, or events. A company vehicle is provided for travel across your territory, with occasional interstate or international training opportunities.
