You'll bring clarity, confidence and connection – ensuring your team is supported to perform at their best while driving consistency, efficiency and safety across operations.
In this pivotal leadership role, you'll lead the North West Overhead Distribution Group to safely and efficiently deliver the Program of Work.
You'll build a high-performing, safety-focused team, developing leadership capability and fostering collaboration across the state.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related discipline – or extensive leadership experience in a similar operational role.
* Strong leadership experience within the power industry or other complex, high-risk environments.
* Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
