We're looking for a practical, reliable, detail focused Production Operator to join us long term. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on their feet, working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a tight knit team where everyone pitches in and plays an important role.
This is not a desk job. There's no admin, no emails, and no customer service. Just honest, hands on work where you can see the results of your effort every single day.

At Silux, roles naturally overlap. We're not a big factory where you do one tiny task all day. You'll be involved across different parts of production, which keeps the work varied, engaging, and rewarding.
What You'll Be Doing
• Creating high quality products using panels and materials
• Operating workshop tools and production equipment
• Finishing products to a high standard with attention to detail
• Performing quality checks so every item leaving the warehouse is spot on
• Keeping your workspace organised, efficient, and safe
• Supporting the wider team when needed as part of a collaborative workflow
No experience is required. If you have the right attitude, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Who We're Looking For
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hands on, practical work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
• Comfortable using tools, or keen to learn
• Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to work
• Enjoys working as part of a small team where everyone counts
• Looking for a long term role, not just a short term stop gap
• Must have Australian work rights
If you've worked in a workshop, manufacturing, assembly, trades, or production environment, that's great. If not, that's okay too. We care far more about attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn than what's on your resume.
What This Role Is Not
• No packing or shipping orders
• No customer service or emails
• No office admin
This role is purely about making things and doing it well.
