About the role
* Work closely with the Director of the firm and run your files with autonomy.
* Work on a split of matter between leasing for landlords, commercial conveyancing and residential contracts.
* Supervise and mentor to junior lawyers within the team.
The ideal candidate
* Have at least 5+ PQE in commercial property, leasing and commercial sales/purchases.
* Capable of managing their own files and keep things moving with minimal supervision.
* Have a good billing history, ensuring targets are met.
