**About the role**
In this role, you will will work with M365 Business Partner and EDRMS Administrator to liaise with Business Units, and review/build information management systems content structure to reduce the City's recordkeeping risk. This includes reviewing business processes and implementing programs to achieve organisational efficiencies, meet industry best practice, and achieve legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform daily management and implementation of information and records management projects, working under direction of the M365 Business Partner.
- Adhere to a project management methodology and identified processes for running projects and interacting with project groups and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on project status and issues arising to the M365 Business Partner, Information Management Coordinator and Information Management Team.
- Facilitate relevant officer meetings and training with various project groups and stakeholders. Including delivers training on systems to Business Units.
- Assist in the identification of new projects, innovation and business process review opportunities, including improvements in or new uses of the EDRMS and Microsoft Sharepoint to enhance business processes.
- Internally promote Information Management and Digital, Information & Technology projects, policies, procedures and initiatives as required.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have
Essential Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Records or other Information Management related area OR extensive experience within the Records/Information Management field.
- Relevant work experience in the field of records/information management and a sound understanding of public records, electronic document and records management principles, legislation, systems and practices.
- Thorough working knowledge of M365 suite (specifically SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams) / Micro Focus Content Manager / Kapish Explorer, or a similar records management system.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- High level of oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
