We're currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Support Worker to assist a participant in **St Marys, NSW** for the following days/times:
**Mondays**1:30pm - 3:30pm
**Wednesdays**3pm - 5pm
**Fridays**1:30pm - 5:30pm

**Requirements**:
- Spanish-speaking due to client preference
- Valid Driver's Licence & access to a **comprehensive-insured** car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Disability Support and social support
**What you'll do**:
- Complete all tasks relevant to support work including personal care, domestic assistance, client transport, meal prep, etc.
- Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
- Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures
