We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Chefs, Cooks, Restaurant Managers and Baristas to join the team.
Chefs / Cooks (Full-time)
Reporting directly to the Manager, you will play a key role on the ongoing management of our team operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high food standards while contributing to profitabilty through effective labour and food cost control.
About you:
* Demonstrate 2 years of previous experience working in a quality restaurant at Chef level.
* A genuine passion for the food industry.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Sound understanding of kitchen operations and cost control.
Restaurant Managers (Full-time)
Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of venue performance, including service standards, marketing initiatives, events and financial outcomes.
About you:
* 2 years' proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant hospitality qualifications
* Previous experience in a reputable restaurant or hospitality venue of a similar size
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on proactive approach to managing people and service
Baristas (Casual)
Working with our Management and FOH staff you will be responsible for providing consistant high quality coffee and beverages alike with outstanding customer service. Ensure the Kiosk service area is kept to a well maintained and clean standard.
About you:
* Previous experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or hospitality venue
* Strong coffee knowledge and consistency in delivery
* A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
* Passion for hospitality and customer service
