Finance Business Partner - Strategic Planning & Performance

This role offers the opportunity to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and play a key part in shaping our division's future.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinating and managing timely and accurate budgets and re-forecasts.
* Leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, integrating both operational and capital elements to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
* Preparing monthly management reports with variance analysis and insightful commentary.
* Championing best practice controls and governance within the division.
* Building strong partnerships across leadership to optimise risk and opportunities.
* Overseeing capital budgeting, investment analysis, and funding strategies.
* Supporting management on ad hoc projects and improving financial processes and automation.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, reporting, FP&A, divisional managers and senior leaders, as well as with external partners such as franchisees, suppliers, and auditors.
Key competencies required:
* Expertise in budgeting, re-forecasting, planning tools and capital financial management.
* Strong analytical skills for reporting, performance analysis and financial modelling.
* Proven experience leading process improvements and fostering financial accountability.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics (CPA or CA completed or in progress preferred).
