What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and deliver your own portfolio of ecological and biodiversity projects.
* Lead field assessments and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
* Prepare high-quality proposals, technical reports, BDARs, and related biodiversity assessments.
* Provide clear guidance to clients on NSW environmental legislation and approval pathways.
* Contribute to the development of innovative ecological survey methods and best practice.
About You
* Ideally BAM Accredited, or working towards accreditation.
* Candidates who have delivered BDARs and are committed to gaining accreditation are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Strong flora and/or fauna identification skills, with a solid understanding of NSW biodiversity regulations.
* Demonstrated experience preparing ecological assessments and navigating regulatory approvals.
* Skilled in vegetation integrity plots, BDAR preparation, and biodiversity impact assessment.
* Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
* Relevant degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a similar discipline.
