The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations of the store including all aspects of sales, customer service and inventory control.
This is a full-time position, working 8am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 8am to 12.30pm Saturday.
Duties include:
* Supervise retail staff and assist in servicing retail customers sales
* Prepare and maintain retail staff rosters to ensure optimal store coverage
* Supervise daily staff workloads to maintain productivity and efficiency
* Coordinator and monitor weekly gap scan process
* Complete weekly stock ordering to maintain inventory levels
* Perform end of day procedures, including store security and lockup
* Process and manage customer special orders in a timely manner
* Complete the monthly catalogue ordering
* Collaborate with the retail team to maintain store presentation in line with Mitre 10 shelving planograms
* Assist the trade manager in effective day to day operation of the store
