As a Casino Guest Services Agent at The Star Gold Coast your role will be to enhance the experience of our members and guests every day In this role you will become an expert of the Star Club Loyalty Program, with extensive knowledge to be able to promote the Star Club member benefits and drive acquisition of new memberships. You will also become an information hub to address a multitude of guest enquiries that encompasses all areas of our business.
