* Join a bold and values-led organisation positively impacting the community
* Change lives, not just outcomes, Housing first, people always
* SCHADS Level 4 + Super, Pt-time (38 hrs per fortnight), Max term till Mar 2029
Your new role
The Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program is doing homelessness support differently, and we're looking for a passionate workforce participation worker to join the journey.
We don't rush people through a system. Instead, we walk alongside them, for up to 3 years, supporting people who have experienced long‐term homelessness to secure safe housing, rebuild connections, and create a life they choose.
You'll work with:
* Small caseloads
* A team-based, trauma-informed approach
* Time, space and flexibility to do meaningful work
You'll provide long-term, intensive case management and outreach support, helping clients achieve goals around housing, employment, education, volunteering and social connection. Every day is different, relationship‐based, and purpose‐driven.
The J2SI approach includes:
* Intensive case management & service coordination
* Rapid housing access & tenancy sustainment
* Trauma-informed practice
* Skills for social inclusion
* Supporting independence and choice
If you're someone who:
* Believes everyone deserves a home
* Loves working closely with people
* Wants time to do the work well
* Values compassion, collaboration and impact
...then we'd love to hear from you.
