Front Desk Receptionist – Be the Heart of Our Team!

Are you an experienced Receptionist who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment? Dawson Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, professional, and organised team member to join us at our Queanbeyan office. This is your chance to be the welcoming face of a trusted, growing local business with a reputation for quality service.

Key responsibilities:

- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule bookings for quotes and service work
- Handle deliveries and receipting
- Assist staff as required to keep the team on track.

Key requirements:

- Proven receptionist and/or administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and multitasking ability
- Positive, professional attitude and team-first mindset
- Full, ongoing work rights in Australia (essential).
