Platform / Application Support Engineer
Responsible for supporting and maintaining a large-scale digital platform running on AWS cloud infrastructure.
The platform includes:
* Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
* React-based web frontends
* 100+ backend microservices developed in Golang
* API gateway integrations
* Identity and authentication systems
* cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
The role involves 24×7 L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting distributed systems, supporting platform integrations, and ensuring high availability and reliability of business-critical transaction flows.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture
* Experience supporting Golang-based backend services
* Knowledge of mobile application integrations (iOS / Android)
* Experience supporting React-based web applications
* Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
* Experience with containerized environments
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments
* Experience with API gateway platforms
* Experience with identity and authentication systems
* Understanding of application security vulnerabilities and remediation practices
* Experience supporting dependency updates, security patches, and runtime upgrades
* Experience working in 24×7 production support environments
* Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
