We are partnering with a well‐established global FMCG manufacturer to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on driving reliability, improving maintenance standards in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of trades and contractors, coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance and minimal downtime. This role plays a critical part in driving site reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations
* Lead and develop a team of fitters, electricians, and contractors
* Drive downtime reduction initiatives and root cause analysis on repeat failures
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with production, quality, planning and projects
* Improve preventative and predictive maintenance practices
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About You
* Proven experience in maintenance within FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing trades teams
* Solid planning, organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
* Experience in food manufacturing highly regarded
