This role directly supports our purpose by providing general advice on superannuation rules and regulations, and contributing to our strategy plan by building relevance across our members' whole life financial journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service to support on-boarding, general advice enquiries, and technical queries related to retirement products.
* Manage expectations regarding interest rates and provide negotiated rates where appropriate.
* Proactively advocate for and promote Defence Bank by building relationships within the defence community, industry partners, and the broader community to grow awareness of our service offerings and member base.
* Support the business to meet strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of banking environment and superannuation regulations.
* Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and see the big picture.
* Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or superannuation preferred.
* At least 2 years' experience with Retirements Savings Accounts/Superannuation or similar.
* Tier 1 qualified to provide general advice and maintain continuous learning for CPD accreditation.
