Ideally, you will have an interest or background in the design industry. 
The role: 
You will take responsibility for a broad range of activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office and its facilities. You will also liaise with client in-person and over the phone. 
Duties will include: 
Manage mainline calls, welcome visitors and guests to the office, sort mail and deliveries 
Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen area 
Manage invoices 
Support IT requirements 
Assist to organise events, order catering etc 
About you: 
2 years experience in a similar office role 
A sociable, positive personality and eagerness to help 
Confident communication skills 
Robust MS Office skills, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly 
Good attention to detail and able to prioritise own workload
