About this role
As a primary care healthcare provider, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to improve patients' access to healthcare solutions.
Your key responsibilities
* Engage with patients through phone or video calls to provide education, advice, and assistance.
* Develop and manage patient treatment plans, assess responses to current treatment, and prescribe medications as necessary.
* Triage presenting symptoms to medical professionals or pharmacists.
* Collaborate with managers, medical practitioners, and other employees to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Provide feedback for process improvements.
Your qualifications
* A Master of Nursing degree and relevant professional endorsement.
* A current prescriber number or ability to obtain one.
* Recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary health care.
