Key Responsibilities:
* Build a customer-centric mindset and learn core business systems within the customer experience team.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via multiple channels.
* Process and optimize customer orders.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
* Engage in project work across sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning & development, and supply chain.
* Collaborate with various teams and mentors to explore interests and gain diverse business exposure.
About You:
* A recent undergraduate degree or imminent graduation.
* Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality.
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
* Motivation to work independently.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
