Macquarie Group's Platform Engagement team is responsible for all communications to our Wrap clients and advisers about regulatory requirements, remediations, product and process changes.
We are seeking an experienced Product Communications Specialist to join our team and assist in drafting or editing compliance-led correspondence, product updates, change management communications, and internal FAQs.
The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in product communications within financial services, including a solid understanding of the wealth management regulatory and legislative landscape.
The role requires strong version control management, record-keeping skills, and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee data extraction for communications, and perform final quality checks on data output and copy is also essential.
A passion for writing and editing, with the ability to translate complex content into simple language while retaining brand and tone, is a must.
