Work days are Monday to Friday, with full-time hours scheduled between 8am and 5.30pm. The hourly rate for these positions is $37 - $40 plus super. n The Role n As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide high-level advisory and administrative support. You will be a primary point of contact, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and departmental records are kept up to date. n Key Responsibilities n - Provide high-level advisory and issue resolution for diverse customers.n - Offer guidance to queries and interpret complex customer information. n - Perform high-level administrative tasks and generate appropriate documentation. n - Maintain records management processes, including regular updates and reviews. n - Manage high-volume inquiries both face-to-face and over the phone. n About You n We are looking for adaptable professionals with a strong background in customer service, reception, or administration. To be successful in this role, you will have: n - Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.n - Experience in dealing with high-volume calls and a professional phone manner. n - Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows PC workplace and strong Microsoft Office skills. n - Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills with high attention to detail. n - The ability to problem solve and learn new technologies quickly. n - Mandatory Compliance: You must hold a current National Police Clearance (NPC). This is a mandatory requirement.
