Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Insurance Repair Estimator. This position will involve assessing damage, preparing scopes of work and insurance repair quotations, and creating detailed estimates.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment skills, be able to work accurately and professionally, and have experience in preparing clear and detailed scopes of work and insurance repair quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site assessments to identify damage and determine necessary repairs
* Prepare comprehensive reports detailing damage, defects, and compliance issues
* Develop accurate cost breakdowns for repair materials, labor, and overheads
* Collaborate with suppliers and trades to secure competitive pricing and identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering
* Produce professional submissions with accurate cost breakdowns and supporting documentation
* Maintain digital records of estimated work using various software platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong assessment and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in preparing clear and detailed reports and documents
