This is a Laboratory Technician role with Boral based in Canberra, ACT, AU Boral Role Seniority - junior More about the Laboratory Technician role at Boral Based in Symonston we are looking for Laboratory Technician to join our Technical Services Team. Working as part of a team, this role reports directly to the Laboratory Section Head. Duties involve undertaking sampling of construction materials, preparation of test samples, testing and physical analysis of these samples, reporting of test results and maintenance of records. The main responsibilities include: Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals. Prescribed calibrations and checks of laboratory test equipment. Maintain, observe, and participate in the statutory Safety requirements of the Laboratory. Maintenance of the Laboratory NATA accreditation requirements.
