About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, elevate customer service standards, and drive commercial success. You will lead by example on the sales floor, support operational excellence, and help develop a motivated, empowered team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the successful launch and day-to-day operations of the new store.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and embody brand values.
* Drive sales and support the achievement of store performance goals.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Kate Spade aesthetic.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store associates.
* Ensure operational excellence including inventory management and compliance.
What We're Looking For
* 2-3 years of previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands.
* A passion for the Kate Spade brand and a strong sense of personal style.
* Experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
* Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, energetic approach.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for building something new.
