As a Lead Architect, you will work on complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to guide clients through design and delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership to project teams
* Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives
* Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Required Skills:
* 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on commercial and health projects
* Registered Architect or eligibility for registration in WA
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commercial contracts
PREFERRED SKILLS include proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, ProCore, AutoCAD, Team Management, Mentoring, NavisWorks, SketchUp, Aviation Experience and Renovation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
