About the role
Peninsula Village is expanding it's Workforce team and is recruiting for a part-time (16 hours per week) administration assistant.
Reporting to the Workforce Coordinator, you will be administering the recruitment of new employees and processing compliance checks.
This position is for 16 hours a week and flexible start and finish times and days will be considered including working school hours.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administer the recruitment and screening program.
* Process human resources compliance checks.
Essential Criteria:
* Commitment to engage and align with Peninsula Village ICCARE Values.
* Certificate III/IV in Business Administration
* Previous experience in a administration role
* Strong administrative and computer skills working across multiple programs and systems.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in employee recruitment.
