Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton, NSW, for a General Sales Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, managing and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets and objectives, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves analysing sales data, developing strategies to increase revenue, and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and maintain high performance.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a successful sales team
* Strong sales expertise, including experience in sales planning, execution, and achieving targets
* Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends and customer preferences, is a plus
* Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
* Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is highly regarded
