About The Role
This role requires both strategic insight and practical execution. As Principal Advisor, you will:
* Lead and implement policies, projects, and initiatives that strengthen education service delivery across the region.
* Provide timely, high‐level advice to senior leaders and school communities to support decision‐making.
* Analyse regional and school‐level performance data to guide planning and resource allocation.
* Develop performance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and briefings to inform regional and executive planning.
* Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery.
