**Your new role**
As the Manager of Community Learning and Libraries you will be responsible for the successful operation and development of the library and community learning services offered by the council. This role reports to the Director of City Lifestyles and is supported by a team of coordinators across the 4 library sites.

In this role you will:
- Ensure that the libraries reflect vibrant, modern, digitally orientated and engaging environments with accessibility and opportunity for all in the community.
- Lead the ongoing transformation of our central Campbelltown library and a new location
- Drive ongoing change and continuous improvement strategies, essential for the dynamic landscape of the libraries and the everchanging needs of the community.
- Have a well-developed knowledge of contemporary library and historical services or community learning or significant experience in management of community-orientated services.
- Be a strategic operator with high level leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with upwards management, councillors and community members.
